Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch - my first time seeing this species in Manitoba (and a while since i saw my last ones in the Rockies). Thanx to the Sangsters of Kenton for this special treat. Four images below...

As part of the insanely warm winter we are experiencing, another unusual sighting was a flock of 29 Red-winged Blackbirds on Hwy 21 about 2 km north of Hwy 1. So many unusual records this winter, especially of icterids!
